I haven't had much time to post lately but I've been thinking a lot about all of you. I've been CH free for a week now and am amazed at how easy it is to think maybe it wasn't that bad when I know damn well how bad it was. I just wanted all of you who are still in their cycles or are chronic that I am sending you all the pain-free vibes I can.
