I have passed out a couple of times. I didn't tell the Doc incase they tried to take me off the Imitrex. Hasn't happend regularly just odd times. I sit down now afterwards just in case but I Cant help more thn that. With your history of back trouble though.... I'd see a doc. Also maybe check out the Imitrex tio and take less of it each time.
