Hi Gary, I've been reading your comments about how to fight CH and most of them really work, like having a walk, making pressure on some parts of your head, being alone, etc... My husband is a CH sufferer and me and our children have learnt that is good to leave him alone with his pain, he has nothing to explain to us, he just says "here it comes", and we know what to do. The problem is that he needs drugs to prevent and abort the pain, but is good to have some help while the pain is visiting him and be able to improve this time (more or less an hour and a half) the best that he can.
