Hi all, just got diagnosed today (boy there's nothing like that first 3 am wake up cluster, is there?). Just poking around the site, lots of good information here. The doctor who diagnosed me didn't put me on imitrex, just some painkiller. Any home remedies anyone wants to share would be great. Thanks!
