Looking for information for my brother-in-law who suffers from cluster headaches and is in the midst of his cluster time now. Sometimes he has two headaches a day, sometimes only one. Imitres nasal spray helps him the most. Has anyone out there found anything better? He can't use the Imitrex injections because of severe side effects. He's become quite depressed also, which is a real concern for his family. I'd appreciate any and all help you may have. Thanks, Pam
