Hi Gary,
You have done an EXCELLENT job at "nutshelling" an approach to coping with CH. Wow!
I'd like to make some suggestions:
1. Another "ice" technique is to fold and wet (not dripping, but wet) some paper towels and place each in a plastic baggie -- then freeze. It will mold nicely to your head/neck and last long enough to help. If not, just grap another.
2. Copyright this and let's make a pamphlet to send to all doctors/neuros to give to patients. This really is excellent work which could help thousands of people. It validates the condition and gives practical, easy-to-follow advice. I especially like the section, "Coping with the Cluster Lifestyle" as you may have guessed. That's a SCORE for cognitive restructuring.
Thank you very, very much Gary.
