I am in complete agreement with you and have used many of the same techniques to battle these things. I find that when I panic the demon wins much more often than when I take control. Now I know that sounds ludicrous to some sufferers but I have had these things for 23 years and I have tried it both ways. Sometimes, the pain is too great, and I do lose, and I am even more tired because of my efforts, but everything said and done more panic means more pain. "A fool gives full vent to his rage, but a wise man keeps himself under control." It's foolish to let the CH give full vent to it's rage. Thats as much as my lazy fingers will type on the subject.
