I don't know who came up with the O.U.C.H. acronym, but I think it perfectly expresses the hopes and dreams of this tribe; and the magic word is "UNDERSTANDING". The understanding of CH's is much more advanced than it was when mine began in 1971, and I think that we are moving into a much more accelerated quest for a full understanding.
It makes me optimistic to see the media interviews, and to see the search for literary and other historical references, and to see medical research by Dr. Goadsby and others, and to see all of the different angles that are being explored within this network.
