Hello Glenn, I have delt with ch's since 1974
and am a 41 year old male. Mine have been annual
starting in late Jan and running 8/10 weeks. In
1995 became chronic lasted 10 months tried every
thing, ganglion blocks, dilantin iv, took 4/6 imitrex
a day and ate codine by the hand full and was hooked
to a morphine pump when in hosital. When cycle
was finally broken I was placed on a daily of 100
mg of Serzone and dove into alternatives: herbs.
acupuncture, yoga and meditation. It has been
almost three years since last full blown CH and
I contribute much to the Serzone. Am not crazy
enought to think they are gone but, I am better
prepared with good tools for the next episode.
