My opinion is that you have migraines, not clusters. The one thing that any clusterhead will agree with is that the pain is so horrible that there is simply no way to describe it. “Relentless” is definitely not the word for cluster headaches. If you haven’t actually felt them, then you can’t know what they’re like and, even then, there are really no words in English that can describe the pain.
The fact that the pain extends from your right eye to your gums on that side pretty much describes the location of my cluster pain. But I would never describe that pain as merely “relentless.” “Excruciating beyond any possible decsription“ would be more like it.
