Thanks for the update Jean-Louis. Just a small observation - we all naturally want to know what causes clusters. Is it theoretically possible I wonder for there to be a number of possible causes? As different forms of treatment - drugs for some and physical ones for others seem to work (if only for brief periods of time in some cases) then just maybe that might point to more than one cause. Get the right cause and you might get the right treatment I guess.
