Lord knows that in designing and devising relief for ourselves; exploring possible triggers, trying different methods of pain relief, we've probably collectively come up with enough theories and remedies to fill a novel the length of "War and Peace." And of course it's nice to know that we have the ability to "amuse" our doctors by our efforts. I've suffered with clusters for 24 years only to come away with one definitive; you have to follow what you're body is telling you and go with it, even if the docors find that "amusing." Personally, I have never found that posture is any way related to my cluster attacks, but if you sense this, than I wish you success in dealing with them from that aspect.
