I'm only an EMT, so I could be wrong, but...
When you have a CH, it is because the blood vessells are dialating, or getting wider, and putting pressure on the nerves, causing the pain. When you excercise, the need for oxygenated blood makes your heart and lungs go faster, and it makes the other blood vessells dialate also, to assist in getting the O2 there. So when all the others dialate, it takes some of the pressure off the ones in the head, and evens it out some.
Docs, correct me if I'm wrong, please.
