Got in from hospital late in the afternoon yesterday..Went right to message board....Lots & lots...Couldn't read them yesterday...Just answered E-mail, had to go to bed.
The Anes. lady that put me to sleep had never had a patinet before that suffered from CH (they made me bring my Imitrex with me just in case I did get slammed with a CH). She called a couple more over, said I was an interesting case...Very nice lady..She put a patch behind my ear and said it would help with the nausea...
Wouldn't it be nice if we could put a patch on and it abort a CH?
I guess the patch was some kind of "motion sickness" ...She said it would last 3 days and help with the nausea.
Can't think straight - - keeping my thoughts in order has been a problem...They all made fun of me after we got home,,,,most of what I said didn't make any sense...I like to have never found my panty drawer.....and this is my house...! All the meds I guess...
BP in hospital on average was 95/43....WoW, especially since it had been staying up because of the series...They didn't seem to think anything about it being low...Said due to pain meds..I hope so and that the Verapamil isn't bringing it down that low.
Just wanted you to know I am ok, thanks for your prayers, cards, E-mail, etc...
Got to go for now. Very weak and very sore. Guess it will be a while before I can play golf again...ug
My suggestion or 2cents worth to posting...A lot of the postings could be E-mailed...When they are talking to a particular person, the entire board doesn't need to waste their time in pulling it up, reading and finding out it was of no use to anyone else except who they are referring to...Some just like to see their name or posts in print......I don't think I can muddle my way through all these posts and will never get caught up on important information because of all the posts.
Just my thoughts: Use the E-mail, ICQ, or Media Ring those things that do not pretain to CH.
Wishing all of you Peaceful Days and Painless Nights.
