I was prescribed Ritalin in early May and it sent me into orbit. I went from 1 headache every 12 - 24 hours to 5 or 6 headaches per day. By the time it was over I wound up with rebound headaches from the Imitrex and Stadol I was taking as rescue medication, with the Imitrex and Stadol providing no relief what so ever. In order to stop the hell I had go use large amounts of prednisone over an extended period of time. I hope that I am the exception and not the rule here and that many people can get the relief they so desperately need from this horrendous affliction. Best wishes.
