Last nite, I was dying. I properly took two of the imatrex spray and emerge. Also, I went to the doctor this morning. I have been diagnosed over the years with continuing cluster and migrane headaches.
I have noticed on the forum that some cluster victoms state the the imatrex spray has really helped them. And I can tell you that the stuff, along with emerge is great for my migranes. In fact, it is the first relief that I have gotten since I lost the ability to take asprin some years ago.
However, last nite, those drugs did seem to provide some relief but, I was still dying. I was so miserable, that later in the night, a physician convinced me to take some narcotic pain killer - and even that turned out to be of only some slight comfort.
My question is - is there a difference between the spray and the injection imatrex in its effect on clusters? Does the spray work against some clusters but not others?
Any experienced opinions or MD advice is most appreciated.
