I beleive we do know more than most doctors. There is very little reaserch on CH. Most of the meds are not even formulated for headaches. Most are for seizsure, Stress and other ailments not related to CH. I have read the drug list in here and even tho some work for some people I don't think I would take any of them. And most of the meds even have side effcets of headaches. Go figure!!!!!
