Feeling wonderful today - what a strange feeling

I didn't have a CH last night but I did have one yesterday at work. Today for some reason, I have no pain at all and have boundless amounts of energy. In fact, I'm starting to get on everyone's nerves here at work but since I'm not in pain, they'll get over it! LOL - Anyway, does anyone know if this is a sign of anything or has all the sleep deprivation finally caught up with me?
