I'm just getting over my CH's.......every three years they come. They only lasted about 3 weeks this time, having around 4 per night......but always the shadows. Still have the shadow; and its hard to go to work tonight not knowing for sure, but you know how that is, we got to go if we can. As far as CH again, I've never been able to lay down when the CH was there, much less sleep.....and I've never gotten sick with one. So hopefully you don't have clusters!?
After reading about some of these people that have so many and with not much rest time in between........I concider myself very lucky that they only come every three years, although its been happening for close to 30 years, but thats still nothing compared to some of you! But this time the shadow of a CH is still there; Don't know why.
