However, you might want to get a second opinion on your diagnoses with cluster headaches. I am NOT a doctor, but a 14 year sufferer of cluster headaches, so take my advise for what it's worth.
I would bet my new truck, my new jetski, and my house (with everything in it) that if you had a headache for 18 days straight, it's DEFINATELY NOT a cluster headache!
Remember, just my opinion.
