Two schools of thought. I've been chronic for several years and so far have found no foods that trigger or don't trigger the CHs. We've been through the "stop" everything and start up one at a time thing and nothing seems to effect the HAs.
My triggers seem to be related to weather only, not foods. But a lot of doctors still insist that "migraine" foods trigger CH also. Could be, but in a lot of cases I don't think so.
My opinion is that with these things, the causes are just as individual as the people involved in them. It's different with all of us.
