I have had many doctors diagnose migraine and also cluster and both. Very confusing for me. Most recently I was given Imitrex which does get rid of the pain, usually returns several times though every 6 to 8 hours or so. After reading the information with it though I am nervous about taking it. So many side affects. I am looking for a doctor in my area that specializes in this. I have had these since I was 12, they got better as I got older (only 2 or 3) a year,then as menapause came into play they got worse and more frequent, several a week. Any suggestions?
