It's 7:00 am, and the sun is rising over the Ko'olaus. There are gentle tradewinds blowing through the the mango trees, and the songbirds are going off in my backyard. There are clouds off on the horizon and blue skies overhead. The surf conditions are flat-to-a-foot on the north shore and we're getting some bigger surf on the south side, from the hurricane that passed a couple hundred miles south.
Too bad that I'm about to leave for work, but thank god it's Friday.
