I agree with Donald totally. Except I interpret my feelings as sadness rather than depression. AS for the neck and shoulder pain stuff. Yes, I get all of that when I have 9 kip and higher. Sometimes I wear an athletic shoulder brace to support the muscels and bones during these times. I pondered for years over what comes first, the CH or the Shoulder/neck business, and I think it is a side effect of the CH. CH uses up a tremendous amount of our resourses, both physically and mentally, pe4rsonnaly I'm supprised at how few side effect symptoms I do experience. After twenty odd years of paracetamol use (abuse) I'm real supprised my liver ain't packed in long ago!
