For sure,alcohol will trigger an attack. Some suspect chocolate and cdheese too,but these seem more common triggers in migranes. Personally it seems every cycle is sensitive to something new. Once it was chocolate,but this cycle I can eat a ton of chocolate with no problems.
What is it this round for me? Peanuts of all things.....go figure. In any event,if it seems to trigger your headaches,whatever it is,simply stay away from it.
