However, in response to your question, I also experience that effect a number of times a day....Anything from getting off the sofa too quickly to changing the dogs' water to having to stoop too low while delivering mail to a poorly placed mail slot (I'm a letter carrier)will have me grappling for a steady wall or doorjamb. My level of exercise through work alone ought to have my circulation at optimum levels. An interesting consideration.
