I used verapamil for 4 plus years starting at 240mg per day increasing to 480 per day as breakthroughs occured over the years. Now verapamil no longer works alone. I have decreased to 360 verapamil and added 300mg per day of lithium and am hoping this will work. Am noticing fatigue and low blood pressure as a side effect. G
