Having to coup with CH is a B______. Having had CH from 1970 till 1986 I know. Now almost 13 years later they are back. First I am so thankful for the trouble free years, but during that time I did try to keep abreast and continually supported the NHF. Had a forum for communications been availiable, such as this site, it sure would have made it easier. We all relate to most of what is being discussed. We all share the disappointment that very few doctors are of any help, employers, educaters, family, and friends don't have knowledge. Education of these and more is basically what bwe are asking for. Once the education is achieved I believe the rest would follow. What I have noticed is much of what is posted on the board, has been discussed in the National Headache Foundations quarterly news letter. I am a definite supporter of the Foundation due to the emphasis on educating those that need to know. Dues are $20.00 per year, and the news letters are very helpful and informative. I truely believe if you are not a member it might be the best $20.00 spent this year. NO I am not selling for them!! They also have a WEBSITE www.headache.org that will allow you to sign up on-line. We are all together in this, and trying to help each other.
