Hi all!
I have had the privledge of working with a sympathetic neurologist for the last three years. He was the first doctor who diagnosed me with ch's. Unfortunately, he left the clinic last month thereby forcing me to find a new doctor.
I just came back from an appointment with this new doctor. I had given him all of my medical records from my previous doc in the hopes of eliminating all of the preliminary steps and get to the root of the problem.
As I described my symptoms, he said I had a "simple" case of common migraine. All of the headache information I have read as well as all of the descriptions listed at this site, I am 99% sure that these are not migraines but rather ch's. Has anyone else been "cross" diagnosed? Was my sympathetic doctor's diagnosis incorrect? I guess what I am looking for is someone to clearly describe the difference between the two HA's to see if I misinterpreted the information or if I am simply dealing with another "simple" BLSD. Any replies would be greatly appreciated!
