I know what it's like to be awakened by this beast. It's come into my bed far too often.
If you're going through a real bad spell and aren't getting any sleep, try taking Dramamene (sp?)
before going to bed. You can get it over the counter. It won't allow you to go into REM sleep,
which we all should know be now is a trigger for these HA's. You may not get the deep sleep you
need, but your not getting it now anyway! This way, you should be able to at least sleep through
the night.
