I haven't heard of Topomax. My pain doc has me on NEURONTIN, which is also an EPILEPSY med. When I reach the final dose I will be taking 1,800 mgs of it!!! They told me it goes to the nerves and repairs them and is suppose to help with the pain. Twill have to wait and see. Geneva
