My father had heart trouble and migraines. I've never done anything the ads (or doctors) say to keep FROM having heart trouble (don't think I've ever even had my cholestrol checked). I smoke too much and back in a past life (before CH) probably drank too much (at times), but have never even thought about having heart trouble.
Whereas, my husband, who's always been in excellent physical condition and had never been sick a day in his life, had two heart attacks and two strokes within a two day period and is totally disabled now.
If I were you, I wouldn't worry about it.
