an angel, that is Joanne. DJ does the work and pays the bills, but he's quick to say he doesn't "own" this site. He created it for clusterheads, and he's insistent that 'we' own it. It's ours to make or break. I try my best (not always succeeding) to honor the gift he gave us. I'm sure from the tone of your post that you will also. Thanks, we all need your help.
