Sorry to hear about your multiple problems. I'm no doc and many here know more about meds than I, but check into Amerge (similar to Imitrex, so maybe also out for you) Maxalt, Stadol and cafergot. Sansert has to be a no-no for you, I'd guess.
Don't know if you can take any of these or if they'll work for you, but it's worth asking your doc.
