Not my intention to discount or change the Kip Scale. I think it gives a good representation for most people. I was just giving my observation of my headaches. They're either on or off, like a light switch. The good thing about that is that when they end they're over in a matter of a couple of minutes. They end faster than they start and what a great feeling it is when you feel that pain drain away. I usually don't experience what some others do (I've had a level 6 for 4 hours). For me it's all or nothing.
