Bethany (Guest book June 03) says she gets Tegretol and has not heard of anyone getting this medication.
I got it, when my CH was mistakenly diagnosed as Trigemenal Neuralgia.
I cannot say it worked; the attacks stopped but they might have anyway. When they came back Tegretol did nothing. Side effects were bad , esp. itches and skin complaints. Also, it is an epilepsy medication. I asked a friend who suffers from epilepsy and she said Tegretol sort of dams the emotions,. Exactly how I felt. When I stopped friends commented on my "being back again".
