In my personal experience - just mine I hasten to add - the pain of being a clusterhead is more mental than physical. If you have had it long enough it tears your soul and your life to pieces. Chatting, bonding, encouraging and sending hugs is just as important as medical information.
Big mouth, me. I have been in the doldrums for so long I couldn't give anyone any kind of support. Starting to change that, I have felt different and better for a couple of weeks now.
The main reason? CHMB.
Ah, well - I have to admit that hugs is not what worked for me. In actual fact, what started to wake me up from depression was Linda B calling me a dumb ass. Thanks, Linda - sort of put a mirror up in front of my face.
