I need help with MB

Hi you all. Sorry to waste space but I can not get some messages to open; mainly, messages that are lengthy. I can access the original post by opening a followup and right click on the posts that have a responce but not always. Posts with no responce I can not open about %50 of the time. I feel like I may lose some valuable info.
