Bit woozy right now, but do my best. I didn't reply to Carl because somebody already stole my advice. Go find an SSI lawyer. They work on contingency. It's a hard scrabble business but there are some good ones out there. You WILL have to pay, but shouldn't have to unless you win. Getting SSI is not easy. Call your local bar association and ask for SSI referrals... it's slightly better than picking up the phone book.
