David, you didn't mention where in your cycle you are, but here's my input.
Towards the end (hopefully) of a cycle (say, 8-10 wks in), I'm exhausted all the time. No real sleep, constant pacing at every shawdow, the draining effects of the pain itself, the mental effort of dealing with the pain, etc. I know that 730 each evening the Demon has an appt with me, and that sitting/laying down to relax is just inviting him to do his worst dance, but sometimes I just have no other option. So I lay on the couch, watching the same boring tv you have and wait.
