if the O2 does not seem to work for you at 7 l/m you might want to ask your doctor about increasing the flow to as much as 15 l/m. Sometimes the lower flow rate is less than effective.
Also, re: food triggers. I am triggered by strawberries and raspberries but so far no other confirmed foods. I do not consume alcohol anymore, nor do I smoke.
Other common foods which have been "accused" of being triggers include some meats (hot dogs, sausage, ham, etc.), beans, cheese, bananas, peanut butter, chocolate, nuts, chinese food (MSG), onions, citrus fruit, etc... check out the link for a more complete listing.
