RSI is repetitive strain injury caused by many things, in my husbands case computer use. Its a wasting of the muscle bands in the forearms that is very painful and chronic. We have been in the pit for 6 months now- he can't drive, clean, carry anything etc and I feel like I have "run out". That sounds awful doesnt it? He is SO good when I am having a CH that I feel terrible failing like this.
Its just its every day all day.
Any pearls of wisdom about long term caring would be VERY gratefully received.
