I tried the Imitrex tabs,spray and injection. The injection works by far the best for me followed by the tabs. I tried a sample of the spray the doc gave me,but the instructions with it seemed kind of specific and detailed on how to take it.....things I don't want to have to think about while aborting the attack, Pill and shot....you either swallow or inject. Personally,I saw no effect whatsoever with the spray,but I'm sure others have. If no relief from the spray,I suggest asking your doc to try the injections. The injection system they give you in virtually painless and automatic....all you do is put the unit on your injection site and press a button Good luck!
