This IS an interesting idea. But it would have to be in a COLD climate with plenty of trees (for banging our heads), lots of dimly lighted walkways so we don't fall when we're out walking. The local pub would specialize in water water water and carry grape juice and ginger ale on the side.
We can name the town Clusterville. The good part would be that everyone in town would KNOW we weren't crazy.
