My regulator goes all the way up to 15. I am not sure why yours doesn't. Ask your dr. for a mask and a regulator that goes up higher (mine are for size E tanks). My dr. wanted me to do a lower dose threw the nose. I told her I knew of people that had ch and they had to have mask and a level 8-9 on the regulator so that is what I got.
