Some of that "venting" is good, but we just need to keep a sense of humor about it and consider the source. A few times, it's just been someone hurting and lashing out at everyone else and that's ok - just don't get personal with it.
We pretty well take care of the censorship ourselves and if someone can't take it - sorry. A good cyberfight is good for us all every once in a while. Clears the air and we can all vent, then laugh and then get back to serious CH talk.
It will work out if we just don't sweat the small stuff.
