Yes, I swear by it and have posted this info a number of times. It works for me 100% of the time with no side effects or reboynd. I also takw O2 at the same time if handy. Use the MLT that disolve in the mouth and take as soon as possible. I should mention my clusters are chronic and not as intense that they were when I first started to get them several years ago. I think my clusters are acting more like migrains than CH and that may be the reason I get 100% relief. But trust me they are CH. I also take verapamile twice a day and methyelpedniosone when I have a serious episode. Maxalt is by far the best treatment I think possible, at least for me. Spread the word. In effect it has cured my problem and I am sure others could also have the same result.
