In my 2nd #10 switched to the other side. Help. I am hurting so.

I am hurting so badly now. Started this morning with a 10 on the right side. Took my Imitrex and slept til 3pm. Then it hit again only lighter. Been on the O2 alot today. Can you over do on the O2? Now it is on the left side . Please someone take this icepick out of my ear. I am sure some will be pleased to hear I am suffering. I also am freezing like I am in a winter storm, but my B/P is high. Thanks Linda B, you are so kind to me. Bless you. I wish we lived closer.
