Hi, all! I saw a new neurologist last week, and he was pretty worthless. He listed a bunch of medications and basically said "what do you want to take?". Not much info on any of them. He prescribed Imitrex 20 mg nasal spray, antihistimines, methylprednisolone 4mg dispenser pack (6 days worth) and depakote 250mg 3 times a day. I am currently on verapimil 80mg (5-6 a day) and use oxygen for attacks, but use 3-4 liters/min, where I read it should be more like 8-10 l/min.. Has anyone had any experience with these drugs?? An antihist tablet seem to prevent but knocked me out, and I think the Imitrex worked, but it was combined with O2 and aspirin, so I not really sure. Also, can anyone reccomend a good OTC analgesic, or are they different for everbody? Thanks in advance.
