Hope church went well. I can't add anything to the eye tic thing but I've never let the beast keep me confined. One of the recent diversion "games" I've played while dancing with the beast was trying to recall all of the cities and places I've paced. Many times I've excused myself at friends to take the beast for a walk. Good luck.
